      There is not much difference between them in the sense “anyway”.

      “Как ни крути” is an idiom. You can translate it as “whichever way you put it”.

      “Всё равно” is a bit more broad. Literally, it means “everything is equal”. This allows you to use it also in a sense “I don’t care, everything is the same for me.”

      – Мне всё равно, делайте что хотите.

      “Всё равно” is very widely used, “как ни крути” is used much less often.
