Dealing with Russian numbers
Numbers are usually the hardest to memorize. Especially Russian numbers, as you need to not only remember the numbers themselves but also to know how to decline them in cases.
This is why today we decided to offer you some additional practice on Russian numbers. Below, you can find sentences which include numbers for various reasons. It can be a reference to a date or time, a designation of quantity, height, temperature or percent of something.
Many of the numbers below are used in different cases. The good new is that when writing digits, it is very common in Russian to add the last letter or two of the declined numeral’s ending with a hyphen. This way it is easier to figure out the case used and the correct ending the numeral.
