– страна (country)
– фамилия (last name)
– имя (first name)
– отчество (patronimic name) – skip it
– номер банковской карты (card number)
– тип платежа (type of payment) – don’t do anything, it’s just a picture
– срок действия / код безопасности (expiration date / security code [3 digits on the other side])
– улица, дом, квартира (street, building, apartment number)
– населенный пункт (location)
– район, область (region) – optional
– почтовый индекс (post code)
– домашний телефон (phone number)
– адрес электронной почты (email)

After you fill up all the fields, you click the orange button below.

If you see a different interface where it does not say “Оплатить кредитной картой или войти в систему”, you will most likely see the icons of visa, mastercard and other payment methods in the bottom. Click on the link “Продолжить” (Continue) just above the icons and it will take you to the interface I described earlier (maybe you will have to pass a security check, it’s quick).
