To say I love you in Russian you can use this phrase:

Я тебя́ люблю́.
[ya tee-byá lyub-lyú]

In Russian, you can change the order or words in the sentence without losing the meaning, so you can also say:

Я люблю́ тебя́.
[ya lyub-lyú tee-byá]

Both phrases mean the same: I love you.

To say I love you too use:

Я то́же тебя́ люблю́.
[ya tó-zhe tee-byá lyub-lyú]
