There are multiple ways to say OK in Russian.

First of all, Russians actively use the English OK:

– Приходи́ за́втра в де́сять.
– Окей.

– o-keî]

– Come tomorrow at 10 AM.
– Ok.

Often, OK in Russian sounds not like in English [okey] but simply [ok]:

– Позвони́ мне за́втра.
– Ок.

– Call me tomorrow.
– Ok.

Besides, you cay say OK in Russian using Russian words:

ла́дно [lád-na] (ok, alright, deal),

хорошо́ [ha-ra-shó] (good),

договори́лись [da-ga-va-rée-lees’] (agreed, deal).

Examples:

– Дава́й встре́тимся у метро́?
– Хорошо́.
