Hello, can I say ‘у него на лице’ instead of ‘На его́ лице́’ in the first example? I remember having asked something similar (but the other way round) a few days ago? This structure continues to bother me. Thanks.

If you want to practice a bit, you can type in the search “у меня”, “у тебя” etc. There are plenty of different examples.
