Я по тебе́ скуча́ю.
[ya pa tee-byé sku-chá-yu]
I miss you. (singular, informal)

Я по вам скуча́ю.
[ya pa vam sku-chá-yu]

Cкуча́ю is the Present tense of the verb скуча́ть.

Another way to say I miss you in Russian is:

Мне тебя́ не хвата́ет.
[mnye tee-byá nye hva-tá-eet]

Literally it can be translated as I’m lacking you.

Let’s get more verbose and diversify our I miss you:

Я по тебе́ о́чень скуча́ю.
[ya pa tee-byé ó-cheen’ sku-chá-yu]
I miss you so much.

Я то́же по тебе́ скуча́ю.
[ya tó-zhe pa tee-byé sku-chá-yu]
I miss you too.

Мне тебя́ так не хвата́ет.
[mnye tee-byá tak nye hva-tá-eet]
I miss you so much.

Мне то́же тебя́ не хвата́ет.
[mnye tó-zhe tee-byá nye hva-tá-eet]
